I also believe in fair training, so i don't want to be an overpowered gm that no players can kill, because it's just not fair. I don't argue with players or go straight to banning unless what the player did was really serious.

for the game: I have a lot of ideas on how to improve various zanpakuto and race abilities, and I'm a very good GM as well.
