    I will descide whom i deam responsible for a Fist title,please note that at any point in time someone is allowed to challenge you but you can only be challenged Three times a day and you are not allowed to decline,also The Second Fist is also considered in charge if the First Fist is not present,a little help,the stronger you are the higher your position,The Fist title is not a joke Neutral
